The midfielder has endured an inconsistent season in the Premier League, and has been frequently linked with a move away from Old Trafford following a supposed falling out with Jose Mourinho.

Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola is exploring the possibility of a move to Paris Saint Germain for his client, according to reports. "That's my feeling", Mourinho said (via Sky Sports).

"I think he's going to be here next season", Mourinho said ahead of Thursday's trip to West Ham.

Manchester United will take on Chelsea FC in the FA Cup final at Wembley.

The United manager, asked to guarantee that Pogba would not leave, made clear that he wanted the player to stay, but was cautious beyond about his long-term future. I can give you the guarantee that the club doesn't want to sell him and I can give you the guarantee that we don't have any approach from him, from his agent or from any club. "In this moment for me, he's staying, yes". Pogba has still amassed six goals and ten assists from midfield in the Premier League this season, a marked improvement on his end product from his first campaign since rejoining from Juventus in 2016.

Last Friday's 1-0 defeat at Brighton followed a loss by the same score at Newcastle in February, and came after they were beaten 2-1 at Huddersfield in October.

Ajax could demand as much as £35m for the Netherlands international, who is out of contract next summer and yet to sign a new deal, while other European giants - such as Roma - are also circling.

"When you lose against the small teams and you win against the big teams it's not right", he said.

"What does he need to do to impress me?"

Real Madrid and Juventus have been sounded out this year too, but PSG have apparently proved the most receptive to Raiola's enquiries.
