Last year, the Xiaomi Mi 6 was launched in April but this year we can expect the Mi 7 to be unveiled in June as the company is prepping to unveil the Mi Mix 2S to the market ahead of its major Mi flagship model.

Past rumours also hinted that the Mi Mix 2S will come with iPhone X-like top notch. It's a Mi alright but it doesn't compare to the Mi Mix line, at least, that's what we think. This suggests that the bottom of the smartphone will have the room of the front camera sensor.

If you believe the test results, the device used is not yet officially presented the Snapdragon Qualcomm 632 development.

The front view of the Mi MIX 2S in the new pictures demonstrates that the upper and side edges are slimmer than the bottom edge. It has confirmed the existence of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset inside the upcoming phone, and even revealed its AnTuTu score.

Keeping the premium specifications in mind, this leak probably hints at the next Xiaomi flagship listing.

This points out that the Mi 7 could be codenamed Dipper. Now, the Chinese smartphone maker has teased wireless charging capabilities of the Mi MIX 2S. The rear seems to be made of either glass or glossy ceramic.

Apart from the upgraded front and back, the leaked photos of the Mi MIX 2S also show the vertically dual rear camera setup. Since it will be a first dual-camera equipped MIX series smartphone, it will also be the first to offer an ability to capture images with background blur.
