The Brazilian was involved in a bust-up with Edinson Cavani over a penalty earlier in the campaign and it has also been claimed Neymar is wanting to force through a move back to Spain.
"I am not thinking about leaving the club in winter or even in the summer", he said.
"I am in mid-season with PSG now and I am focused on the high aims we have".
Reports circulated that there was a divide in the camp at the Parc des Princes, with the Brazilian's forming their own contingent - led by new arrival Neymar.
Draxler hinted that Neymar may well be subject to preferential treatment, but he is happy to see the team's star man enjoy "privileges".
The German, who was the Golden Ball winner at the Confederations Cup in the summer, has played 717 minutes across 14 games so far this season but insisted he is determined to fight for more opportunities in Paris.
Manager Unai Emery eventually pulled the plug on Draxler's departure in the belief he could play a role for the club domestically and in the Champions League, but it remains to be seen whether he can play enough to retain his place in the Germany squad for the 2018 World Cup.
Draxler: "It's not a good time for me to think about my future in the short or longer term", while conceding that "obviously the Bundesliga is always interesting".
Although the 34-year old is still a key player when fit, there's little excuse for a club the size of Bayern to still be so reliant upon him. A lot of incorrect things are said about him. With just under two months until the January transfer window, rumours and mumblings of potential bids are exactly that.
