Niehaus didn't explain the rationale behind the combined-version disk image, but it was probably due to a relatively new feature in Windows 10, called "Subscription Activation", that debuted in this year's 1703 upgrade. The ISOs are also available for multiple languages. Launching in parallel is a host of inexpensive AR headsets, courtesy of collaboration between Microsoft and several major tech companies. Microsoft has committed to releasing two major upgrades to Windows 10 annually, so this will be the last one until (presumably) next spring.
As Microsoft pointed out, some practices have changed in its Windows-10-as-a-service concept.
The Windows 10 Fall Creators Update is now available from the Media Creation Tool, which means getting the update right now is really easy. This feature lets you navigate your entire OneDrive storage directly from File Explorer and access files and folders that are stored only in the cloud in a very seamless fashion.
Inking improvements. Windows Ink has improved all across Windows 10, with new inking capabilities in Microsoft Edge for ebooks and PDFs, an improved handwriting panel with overflow and correction support, more customizable palm rejection capabilities, pen scrolling, and a new Find My Pen feature.
The latest iteration of Windows 10 is now ready to be installed on your PCs. It's just early days for that, however, with subsequent Windows 10 updates adding more and more Fluent Design elements.
If no matter what you do, you cannot get the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update to show up up in Windows Update, then you can always use the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant to install it for you.
